I don’t know about you, but I always tend to feel the pinch a bit more post-Christmas and yet the New Year always gets me itching to give our interiors a refresh – does anyone else feel they can see the house with fresh eyes once the decs are down?

Charlie and I have some friends who, when we visit their home and sit down in their sitting room, we immediately end up playing a game of spot the difference with their furniture layout. Turn objects into wall art

RITUALISTIC Madhubani Iron Wall Plates- £105.71 for set of 5, Amazon

You don’t need to splurge on expensive art to create a stunning wall display. Take a look at what you have lying around the house. Perhaps you have some baskets or beautiful plates gathering dust in a cupboard that can be mounted onto the wall to form a beautiful arrangement.
